Could you pick up and deliver to my place of work?

Yes! We'd be happy to pick up and deliver your laundry to your workplace. Just let us know the address and any specific instructions — our team will pick up your dirty laundry, wash, fold, and return it at a time convenient for you.

Which regions do you offer Pick-Up and Drop-off Delivery?

We cover all locations near the North Shore Area. You can book pickup and drop-off services directly from our website. We strive to provide convenient and reliable delivery services to all our customers.

Do you mix my clothes with other people's clothes?

No, never. At Orchard Laundromat, we take the security and privacy of our customers' belongings very seriously. We have strict policies in place to ensure each customer's laundry is kept completely separate.

Do you wash quilts, blankets, and comforters?

Yes! We offer a wide range of laundry services including larger and heavier items such as quilts, blankets, and comforters. Please see prices on our website.

Can I get a fast / same-day laundry delivery?

Standard turnaround is 24 hours. For same-day delivery, place your Express Laundry request before 10 AM.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to pay for their laundry services, and accepting a variety of payment methods is one way we do this.
